I offer a safe, confidential, non judgemental space to explore feelings, thoughts and meaning - the big questions in life.

I have over 15 years experience working with teenagers and young people with autism and ADHD, as well as supporting adults discovering neurodivergence later in life.

I trained through the NHS based Inter-Psyche Institute, incorporating a holistic, integrative model founded in person-centred, psychodynamic, relational and existential approaches. This approach taught that the relationship between therapist and counsellor is central to the effectiveness of the work.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN). My connections with the IoPPN and Maudsley Hospital enrich my understanding of the brain-behaviour connection.

Through my work with Family Matters UK, a charity supporting survivors of sexual assault, I have had specialist training in managing trauma.

With charity Game Therapy UK, I facilitate Dungeons & Dragons therapy with people experiencing homelessness at a St Mungos shelter. I offer Dungeons & Dragons therapy in my private practice as a fun way to explore aspects of ourselves in a collaborative, playful way.
